‘Yooka-Laylee’ Will Feature Special Guest Appearance From Shovel Knight
The latest trailer for Yooka-Laylee has been released and it focuses on the colourful range of characters within the upcoming platformer, including a special guest appearance from Shovel Knight.
Team 17 and Playtonic Games released the latest trailer during a developer session for Yooka-Laylee, which features an extended look at the wacky range of characters within the game. But the most exciting inclusion is the special guest appearance of Shovel Knight as an NPC within Yooka-Laylee.
Shovel Knight is featured within the new character trailer in full 3D beauty, interacting with our heroes Yooka and Laylee in the iconic vocal style Rare featured throughout its iconic Banjo Kazooie series. Shovel Knight was first seen in his own game back in 2014, which was developed by indie developer Yacht Club Games. Following the release Shovel Knight has become an iconic character throughout the gaming industry; he even has his own amiibo.
