‘Kinect Sports Rivals Preseasons’ Announced for Xbox One
Microsoft has announced Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason, which will effectively give early adopters of the Xbox One console a free trial of the wake racing mode in Kinect sports Rivals.
The free trial will be playable from November 22 through March 2014 and will include split-screen multiplayer support for two players. Alongside the trial Microsoft will also be launching Kinect Sports Rivals Hub, which will allow players to track their progress in monthly challenges which can be found in solo, cooperative, and even country vs. country varieties. These challenges will provide players with awards which will carry over when the full game is launched.
Early adopters to the Xbox One who download the trial between November 22 and November 30, will be able to earn points towards unlocking a “Founder” player title, exclusive Rivals wetsuit and a Rivals wake racer.
Kinect Sports Rivals was originally set to launch alongside the Xbox One console, before being delayed until spring 2014.
