‘Football Manager Classic 2014’ Coming April For PS Vita
Sports Interactive and SEGA Europe have announced Football Manager Classic 2014 for PlayStation Vita will release April 11 in retail stores and digitally on the PlayStation Network.
Football Manager Classic 2014 will allow players to continue their season from the PC version, on Sony’s handheld and vice versa. The PlayStation Vita release will also be the first ever mobile game to feature Football Manager’s 3D Match Engine, which will offer an engaging and immersive experience for players when they are away from their PC.
“It’s great to finally be able to release FMC Vita. This game has been the most technically challenging that we’ve ever worked on – we’ve essentially fit a PC game that needs loads of memory, a mouse and a keyboard into Sony’s wonderful handheld with a touch screen – and the help we’ve had from all of our partners has been wonderful,” says Miles Jacobson, Studio Director at Sports Interactive. “To be able to take your home computer save onto the road adds a huge amount to the Football Manager experience.”

Football Manager Classic 2014 has been supported by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, alongside co-developers Sports Interactive.
