‘Final Fantasy X / Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster’ Announced for European Release
It was announced over the weekend that the remastered HD versions of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, would be coming to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita consoles in European territories later this year.
“These games are classic fan-favourites, and we hope that new and old FINAL FANTASY fans can experience the world of Spira and the story of Tidus and Yuna in a brand-new light with these remastered editions,” said Yoshinori Kitase, producer of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2.
Namco Bandai Australia have given us a bounty of HD screenshots from the remastered version, as they will be publishing the game in Australia. Square Enix will be publishing the European versions of the remastered titles, with a North American release also confirmed.
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be released on one single disc on PlayStation 3, while both games will be available separately on the PlayStation Vita.
