E3 2016: ‘Quake Champions’ Announced
Bethesda has announced a new installment in the Quake franchise, titled Quake Champions.
The Quake reveal took place during Bethesda’s E3 press conference, with a cinematic trailer shown to accompany the announcement. Quake Champions is a first person arena based shooter that will be coming to PC with an unlocked framerate, offering “fast” paced combat for all players.
Quake Champions will feature classic area-based shooter, with different classes to choose from, all featuring unique abilities. Quake Champions will also feature eSport specific features, with more information to be revealed at QuakeCon in August.
Quake Champions is being developed by ID Software, the developer of the recently released DOOM reboot.
