E3 2014 – ‘Destiny’ – Gameplay Experience Trailer

Activision and Bungie have released a new extended look at what players can expect to encounter in their upcoming open world first person shooter, Destiny. Narrated by Bungie’s co-founder, Jason Jones, the new seven minute experience showcases a plethora of gameplay and a detailed look at the activities players can experience in the upcoming Public Beta, which begins July 17.

Players will have the option to first customise their character, using an array of facial customisation options, alongside their race, gender and character type. Once inside the world of Destiny players will be able to take on their multitude of adventures on their own, or group with the online community and work together to eradicate the enemy forces. Aside from combat gameplay, players can also experience some down time in The Tower; a location that will allow players to sell items, take on new quests and maybe most importantly, dance.

Destiny will release September 9 worldwide for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the upcoming Public Beta will begin July 17.
