E3 2014 – ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ Gameplay Revealed

Sledgehammer Games and Activision have showcased the first extended footage of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare during the Microsoft E3 press conference.


The new footage showcased players controlling a character named Mitchell, who crash landed in a capsule, before getting into combat using some of Advanced Warfare’s futuristic weaponry. These items included flying mechs, jetpacks, homing grenades and more.

Microsoft’s Phil Spencer also revealed Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners will receive Advanced Warfare DLC before any other platform.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will release for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC November 4.
