‘Dynasty Warriors 8’ Releasing July

Tecmo Koei has announced Dynasty Warriors 8, the latest installment in the fan-favourite tactical action franchise.

Dynasty Warriors 8 will follows the kingdoms of Wei, Wu, Shu and Jin and their actions of historical military political figures, as they fight to gain control of the Three Kingdoms of China.

The sequel will be adding much variation on the IP merging numerous replay elements, such as multiple endings and extra modes. Alongside the Story Mode, Dynasty Warriors 8 will also feature all new ‘What if?’ scenarios. Giving players the ability to step away from historical accuracy and see the world if certain characters had lived, allowing players to see an alternate version of history depending on their choices.

The latest Dynasty Warriors will also boasts more than 70 playable characters, including officers Yue Jin and Li Dan from the Wei Kingdom. There are also over 40 unique stages, including wastelands, ravines, castles and more.

Dynasty Warriors 8 will release this July for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles.
