‘Destiny’ Vidoc: “Out in the Wild”
Bungie has released a new Vidoc for Destiny, titled “Out in the Wild” it focuses the various locations, enemies players and customisation players will encounter when the title is released next year.
Players will be able to venture across the Earth, but they will also be able to visit Mars, Venus, Saturn and even the moon; we even catch a quick glimpse of the players means of transportation.
Bungie is making customisation a top priority within Destiny, allowing players to have full control of their characters appearance, skills and weapon set. These weapons themselves will tell a story, as they will be drastically difference from another allowing players to know which missions other players have completed to earn their arsenal.
“On Destiny we’ve gone to a three weapon system,” said Josh Hamrick, Senior Gameplay Designer at Bungie. “We have a primary weapon and that’s for the very versatile assault rifles. Then we have a special slot, that’s useful for in the moment this gun is easily my best option. The totally new one is the heavy slot, which is all about causing unrealistically amounts of damage over a very small window of time.”
Destiny will release on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One next year.
