Deadly Premonition: Directors Cut Coming to Australia & New Zealand

Today All Interactive entertainment and Rising Star Games announced that Access Games’ cult favourite Deadly Premonition, will becoming to Australia and New Zealand with its classic horror adventure in the form of Deadly Premonition: The Directors Cut.


The game will be released exclusively on the PlayStation 3 this April, featuring enhancements to the original product, including a new scene from the games director Hidetaku Suehiro (SWERY), HD graphics, reworked controls for combat and DLC to expand the mystery beyond the original plot. This is not only a great starting point for new fans, but a definite collectors item for fans of the original release.


For those new to Deadly Premonition you play as Francis York Morgan, as he sets out to solve the mystery of the Red Seed Murders. The narrative includes some supernatural elements and a killer hell bent on ending your investigation,  the game is known for its suspenseful-horror adventure and giving plays the entire town of Greenvale to explore, complete side quests and uncover the hidden secrets the town posses.


Originally releasing in Japan under the name Red Seeds Profile, before releasing in North America and Europe in 2010 as Deadly Premonition it has achieved some extremely varied reviews. Many either love or hate Deadly Premonition, but it has definitely left its mark on the video games industry.
