‘Dark Souls II’ How To Play, Launch Trailer Released

Bandai Namco has released two new videos for the upcoming Dark Souls II, which include the official launch trailer and an extended look at ‘How To Play Dark Souls II’.

Firstly, the launch trailer for Dark Souls II depicts an extensive variety of enemies players will face throughout their journey. These enemies range from creatures that rival the size of the player, to towering monstrosities that will annihilate an unworthy opponent in one strike. The new footage also showcases death, which will be a constant occurrence throughout the world of Dranglaec.

Most importantly, the second video entitled ‘How to Play Dark Souls II‘ gives players an extensive 40 minute explanation of some of the most basic and important aspects of surviving and progressing in Dark Souls II. This video will be an essential tool at providing new players with the knowledge they need throughout their journey, but also a great explanation of all the new elements in Dark Souls II for Dark Souls veterans.

Dark Souls II will release March 14 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, while PC players will be able to play the game April 25.
