Crunchyroll App Arrives on PlayStation

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced the Crunchyroll application is now available internationally on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.


Crunchyroll is a anime streaming application that is now available for free on the PlayStation Store, which features popular anime such as Naruto Shippuden, One Piece and Sword Art Online. The application allows users to watch selection of anime episodes for free, while the premium membership allows users to watch all the anime they want with no ads, in high definition quality, with all the latest simulcasts. The premium membership options range from monthly payments of $6.95AUD to $11.95AUD.

The Crunchyroll app is now available in the following regions UK, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE.

Though Sony has stated content availability will vary from region to region.
