Capcom Announces ‘Ultra Street Fighter IV’
Capcom has officially announced Ultra Street Fighter IV during this years EVO Fighting Championship.
Ultra Street Fighter IV continues the excellence of the Street Fighter IV series, offering five new characters, six new stages, rebalanced gameplay and original modes.
The newly playable characters include Poison, Hugo, Elena and Rolento, with all new animations and unique play styles. An all-new secret character will also be available, bringing the games final roster to 44 characters. While the new stages include Pitstop 109, Cosmic Elevator, Half Pipe and more, providing a “thrilling and colorful backdrop to the action.”
Capcom has taken direct feedback from the fans to ensure they provide the most balanced Street Fighter title yet, with further details on new mode and gameplay features to be announced over the coming months.
Owners of Super Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will be able to download the title as a €14.99/$14.99 digital upgrade. While users who purchase the retail or full downloadable version of the game will do so for €39.99/$39.99, receiving all previous DLC costumes released for the series.
Ultra Street Fighter IV will release for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in Europe and North America in early 2014.
