‘Bladestorm: Nightmare’ Release Date Revealed
Koei Tecmo has announced the release date of their upcoming Troop Command Action title Bladestorm: Nightmare, which will release in the United States on March 3, 2015 and in Europe on Match 5, 2015 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a PlayStation 3 version also available.
Bladestorm: Nightmare is a strategy game that allows the player to take control of a mercenary who chooses to fight for either England or France in missions that are inspired by real life events during the ‘The Hundred Years War’ (1336-1453). Players will be able to create their own unique character, increase their fame, gold and army in order to complete missions irrespective of their loyalty.
The games title actually represents the two modes available, in the main mode known as ‘Bladestorm’ players will experience events that occurred within this era. While ‘Nightmare Mode’ will feature an original scenario, which involves Joan of Arc, dragons, giants and various demons as England and France join forces to combat this wretched beasts.
Bladestorm: Nightmare is a remake of Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War which released in 2007 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
