‘Back to the Future: The Game’ – 30th Anniversary Edition Announced
Telltale Games has announced it will release Back to the Future: The Game on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the franchise.
Back to the Future: The Game takes place six months after the events of Back to the Future Part III, when the DeLorean returns to Hill Valley, without Doc Brown. Marty must travel back to 1931 and recruit a young Emmett Brown in order to save the Doc from 1985.
Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition will feature new textures that “take full advantage of current-generation” consoles, and updated voice work from Biff Tannen’s original movie actor, Tom Wilson. The collection will also have behind-the-scenes video interviews, with movie trilogy co-writer and producer Bob Gale, Tom Wilson, members of the development team, and AJ LoCascio, the voice of young Marty McFly.
Back to the Future: The Game originally released in 2010, but the new Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition will release October 13 in North America, and October 16 in Europe. The 30th Anniversary Edition will release both at retail and digitally on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
