‘Alien: Isolation’ Developer Diary Focuses On Sound

SEGA and Creative Assembly have released a new developer diary for the upcoming Alien: Isolation, which focuses on the importance of sound throughout the abandoned vessel where the game takes place.

Creative Assembly has made sure to remain true to the original 1979 Ridley Scott film, where audio played an integral part in creating an intense atmosphere. Creative Assembly have had access to the original audio recordings and musical score, which has allowed them to produce an emotionally driven soundtrack that will escalate tension .

Alien: Isolation is scheduled to release October 7 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
