‘A Bird Story’ Delayed, Attributed to ‘Call of Duty’ Competition

Kan Gao of Freebird Games has told Analog Addiction that their upcoming title, A Bird Story, will receive a slight delay on its originally announced November 5 release. Instead, A Bird Story will now release on November 7 on Steam and GOG for Windows, Mac and Linux.

The slight delay of two days has been attributed to the release of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on November 4, despite both titles offering completely different experiences. Call of Duty is known for being a sales juggernaut and the slight delay is avoid this effecting A Bird Story.

A Bird Story is the follow-up to To the Moon, which will tell the story of a young man who finds an injured bird. Analog Addiction recently spoke with Kan Gao and our two part interview series will begin later this week.
